Valid in the USA, only. Please fill out the following form using short descriptions. After you place the order we will email a PDF sample of the card for your approval to the address you have listed (please check your spam and junk mail filters). At that time there may be additional questions to help us select the best mailing list for your search area. Your information will not be used for any other purpose than the mailing of the postcards. Pricing begins at $450 for 1,000 B&W postcards which includes: mailing list, design, printing, mailing and first class postage. Once you have approved the sample, we will require credit card payment (Visa/MasterCard only) before proceeding. We will do everything we can to make sure these get in the mail tomorrow!

Age (e.g. '3 years')
Breed
Sex
Has microchip I.D.
Description (Important: Reserve a detail or two to screen callers.)
Special notes (eg. 'Loves kids', 'Do not chase', etc.)
Where last seen (Please provide a residential address with city, state and zipcode for radius search. You may also want to include major landmarks.)
Number(s) to call
Upload photo (if avail.) (you may upload a photo that looks similar or we will substitute a silhouette of the breed)
Contact names PRIVATE (will not appear on card)
Contact phone PRIVATE (If different than above phone number -- will not appear on card)
